As you requested, we have already dispatched the samples NO.1234/5 by EMS No. 987654

From the enclosed price list you will notice that our prices are exceptioanlly low and this sacrifice is entirely due to our recognition of the necessity of price cutting in order to develop our sales in your market.

Since the market is now slow and prices are generally low, this is a good opportunity for you to buy.
European buyers, however, seem to be picking up in activity. Therefore, we advise you to buy the goods before the recovery reaches a peak.

Consequently, we can not keep the prices effective more than two weeks from the date of this mail and wish to receive your order by return e-mail or fax.
